Description

The objective of this contract is to provide contact center operations, management, technology system(s) and facility support. The Contractor will provide all personnel and supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to deliver the new FMCSA FMCC network and applicable components. This includes adhering to the service level agreements and ensuring compliance with Government requirements (e.g., IT privacy and cybersecurity). The Contractor will also ensure that services delivered meet the evolving needs of the Government and adhere to business processes that conform to industry best practices. The Government will retain ownership and have unlimited data rights of all work products and intellectual property produced in completing these requirements. 

MC-RS is currently building future capacity to enable the FMCC to manage increasing call volume, as the other eight agency contact centers are integrated. Currently, MC-RS requirements span multiple, unique subject matter areas across the CMV industries, and as a result works in coordination with other agency stakeholders to verify that work performed under this contract adheres to the quality and Service Level Agreements (SLA) and is within budget.
