Central Region SBTRC

About Us

The Helping Hands Community Development Corporation, Inc. (HHCDC) is a grantee of the U.S. Department of Transportation and hosts the Central Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC). The Central Region SBTRC serves the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi and Missouri. 

Established in 2007, the HHCDC is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas. The staff of HHCDC has over 60 years of combined experience consulting and assisting DBEs, minority owned and women owned business. HHCDC has established relationships with organizations at both the state and local levels throughout the region, as well as regional and local SBA offices, Minority Business Development Centers, SCOREs, PTACs, and local SBDCs.


The Central Region SBTRC provides an array of technical assistance to build the capacity of small and disadvantaged businesses that include:
