The Notificatioand Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) requires Federal agencies to keep their employeesformer employeesand applicantfor employment informed of their antidiscrimination and whistleblower protections; post quarterly statistics otheir websites; and train all employees regarding thrightand remedies to which they are entitled under thlawFederal agencies are required to submit annual reportto Congress demonstratintheicompliancwith thlawas measured by number of specific criterianolater than 180 dayaftethe end of eacfiscayear.
