Lena Constable graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law. She received her B.S. in Environmental Science and B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. During law school, Lena served as a Senior Associate for Pace Environmental Law Review and participated in Pace’s international program, studying at Universidad Pontifical Comillas’ International and European Business Law Program. Lena’s legal experience includes internships at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, the Environmental Law & Policy Center, the Pace Energy & Climate Center, Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services, and the Environmental Justice Initiative – New York Environmental Law & Justice Project.
Jessica (Jess) Kuesel graduated from Duke University School of Law, Order of the Coif, with a Certificate in Public Interest and Public Service Law. She also earned a Master’s of Environmental Management from Duke’s Nicholas School of the Environment. Prior to graduate school, she worked in interstate fisheries policy with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission. She received a B.S. in Biology and an A.B. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Duke University. During her joint graduate program, she was a Research Editor for the Duke Law Journal and completed research projects on marine mammal conservation and deep sea mining regulation. Jess’s legal experience includes working with Duke’s Environmental Law and Policy Clinic, the Land Resources Division of the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor, the Southern Environmental Law Center, and the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. After graduating from law school, Jess worked as a judicial law clerk serving the Honorable Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington in the Middle District of Florida.
Mona Morsi graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law. She received a B.S. in Psychology from Wayne State University. During law school, Mona served as a Note and Comment Editor for the University of Toledo Law Review. Mona’s legal experience includes working for UT’s Advanced Immigrant Justice Clinic, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Honorable Jack Zouhary of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Paris Rogers is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Maryland – College Park. In law school, he was Senior Articles Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, a teaching assistant in the First-Year Legal Writing Program, and a legal intern in the Legislative and Policy Advocacy Clinic. During his time at Fordham Law, Paris received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, cum laude. Paris’ legal experience includes an internship with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Office of General Counsel, as well as a summer spent at a boutique law firm catering to the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
