2019 Honors Attorneys
Evan Baylor graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School. He received a B.A. in International Studies – Comparative Politics from Centre College. Evan’s legal experience includes working for Murphy Sullivan Kronk (Burlington, VT), the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic at Vermont Law School, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division.
Iriel Hampton graduated from Howard University School of Law. She received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She clerked for the Honorable Cathy H. Serrette at the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. Iriel’s legal experience also includes working for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
Julie Phillips graduated from William & Mary Law School. She received a B.A. in History and International Studies, with a minor in Political Science, from Elon University. Julie’s legal experience includes working for the Federal Aviation Administration, Regulations Division; the Federal Maritime Commission; the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges; and the Virginia Coastal Policy Center.
David Serody graduated from Emory University School of Law. He received a B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. David’s experience includes working at the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor, the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, the Federal Highway Administration, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Stephanie Walters graduated from The University of Florida Levin College of Law. She received a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from The University of Florida Warrington College of Business. Stephanie’s legal experience includes working for the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division and the DOT’s Office of the General Counsel, Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings.
