• FHWA Memo on America’s Great Corridors of Commerce Guidance on the Use of Highway Right-of-Way: This guidance memorandum supports the AGCC initiative by providing clarification to FHWA Division Offices working with State DOTs on certain uses of the highway right-of-way that can be leveraged by State DOTs to address pressing public needs relating to communications access and energy transmission.
