State TRCC Strategic Planning Guide

The DOT|TRCC is pleased to release the State Traffic Records Coordinating Committee Strategic Planning Guide, a joint NHTSA/FHWA research project aiming to provide State TRCCs with quality strategic planning tools and support. In addition the guide itself, this project includes templates and workshop materials States may elect to employ themselves or with a GO Team to assist them in their planning efforts. This project is a follow-up to 2016's State Traffic Records Coordinating Committee Noteworthy Practices Guide.
