PHMSA has launched a Call to Action campaign, inviting safety advocates across public and private sectors to amplify our shared goal of reducing incidents and serious injuries involving hazardous materials in transportation. Together, we have the power to prevent incidents, save lives, and protect communities and the environment.

The call to action encourages stakeholders to 

• Raise awareness about the importance of hazmat transportation safety to reduce incidents and serious injuries. 
• Expand the Check the Box brand and safety messaging.
• Demonstrate leadership in safety.
