Summary
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on June 17, 2025. Two comments were received and responded to in the supporting statement accessible following the instructions outlined in the ADDRESSES section of this notice. This collection involves the FAA's certification process and requirements for Part 121 and 135 certificate holders and Part 145 repair stations that are related to hazardous materials acceptance, handling, and transportation.
