Notice and request for comments.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites the public to make public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on September 17, 2024. In accordance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 121.311, the collection of data requires passenger carrying air carriers to make available on their websites the width of the narrowest and widest passenger seat in each class of service for each make, model and series of airplane used in passenger-carrying operations. The collected information will be utilized to support the use of child restraint systems on airplanes.
