The actions relate to a proposed highway project, M-37 Improvement Project, just south of 92nd Street in the Village of Caledonia to just north of 76th Street in Caledonia Township, in Kent County, State of Michigan. The actions issue National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Section 4(f) of the U.S. Department of Transportation Act of 1966 (Section 4(f)) decisions relating to the M-37 Improvement Project.
