This action proposes to amend United States Area Navigation (RNAV) T-route, T-277 in the vicinity of Point Lay, AK, due to the planned decommissioning of the Point Lay, AK, (PIZ) Non-Directional Beacons (NDB). The Point Lay, AK, (PIZ) NDB will decommission as part of a large and comprehensive T-route modernization project for the state of Alaska.
