Summary
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) discussed below will be forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget for renewal and extension, and this notice describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burdens. Additionally, we note that on January 13, 2022, a notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this ICR was published in the Federal Register, and PHMSA did not receive any comments on it.
