The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Dassault Aviation Model FALCON 7X airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of defects on the piston hole associated with the O<INF>2</INF> saver feature that may prevent efficient deactivation of the O<INF>2</INF> saver function. This AD requires amending the existing airplane flight manual (AFM) to incorporate a check and an operating limitation regarding the O<INF>2</INF> saver function, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is incorporated by reference. This AD also limits the installation of affected parts under certain conditions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
