Summary

The Department is revising and reissuing the procedural regulations of the Coast Guard Board for Correction of Military Records (Board) in order to clarify application procedures; to explain applicants' legal rights and burden of proof; to provide more time and flexibility for applicants to improve their applications; and to facilitate timely decision making by the Board.
