UNDER SECRETARY’S INTRODUCTORY REMARKS

I will call the NETT Council meeting to order. We have a full agenda and will try to cover as much as we can in 45 minutes. We formed the Tunneling Working Group at the last Council meeting to provide an in-depth look at the authorities we have surrounding several tunneling projects being proposed around the country. Today we’ll hear a report out from the NETT Tunneling Working Group about their progress thus far, and get into initial discussions for hyperloop technologies.
