Hyperloop Standards Desk Review

The Hyperloop Standards Desk Review  serves as a starting point for policymakers to better understand relevant standards that currently exist,  where existing regulations or technical standards could be adapted or modified to address hyperloop-specific considerations, and areas where new voluntary technical standards or regulations may be needed. The findings from this document, along with public comments, will inform the Department’s standards development efforts for hyperloop systems.

The NETT Council website will be updated with a link to the Request for Comment (RFC) for formal comments and public feedback on the document when published in the Federal Register.
