The FLOW Annual Meeting is back. It is the one day each year the FLOW community is in the same room — members, prospective members, and partners from across the freight supply chain.
To attend, contact the FLOW team by Friday, October 9, 2026. Non-U.S. citizens must be registered by Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Held as the nation marks America 250 and a new Golden Age of Transportation, the Annual Meeting is where the FLOW community takes stock of the past year and sets direction for the next one.
See FLOW data at work. Members share how they combine FLOW data with their own internal data to improve forecasting and decision-making.
Shape what comes next. Help validate the program's priorities for the year ahead, including data coverage, quality, and member value.
Build the relationships that move freight. Spend the day with the peers, partners, and DOT staff who work alongside you — and leave with at least three recommendations to improve your own daily questions and workflows.
Get hands-on help. Stop by the Tech Desk during the day for live support with FLOW. Bring your questions and work through them with the team.
Who should attend
The Annual Meeting is built for senior leaders. It brings together executives and decision-makers from FLOW member and prospective member organizations, along with partners across the end-to-end freight ecosystem.
The meeting is most relevant to:
- Shipper executives — senior leaders at cargo owners and importers who set supply chain and sourcing strategy
- Supply chain and logistics executives — C-suite and vice president-level leaders accountable for network, capacity, and inventory decisions
- Operations leaders — senior leadership at carriers, ports, marine terminals, intermodal equipment providers, drayage and trucking companies, and railroads
- Data and analytics leaders — the senior staff who turn freight data into forecasts their executives act on

Who can attend which sessions
Prospective members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The morning plenary session is open to everyone on the attendee list. The breakout sessions and closing are for FLOW members and prospective members only.

Confirmed attendees will receive a final details email before the event with the agenda, arrival instructions, and any updates.
