FLOW Team

Freight Logistics Optimization Works (FLOW) is part of the USDOT Office of Multimodal Freight Infrastructure and Policy (OST-F). The FLOW Team consists of four sub-teams: Data Analysis, Data Collection, Data Engineering, and Industry Engagement. 

FLOW works closely with the USDOT Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) as the FLOW 3rd party data steward to manage the data collection process. 

Executive Board

The FLOW data exchange works via a public-private partnership. The Executive Board is a coalition of representatives from select FLOW Member companies which together help to guide the growth and development of the FLOW platform. The Executive Board is crucial to FLOW's success.
