The FY 2025 Annual Performance Plan / FY 2023 Annual Performance Report is an archived document that the U.S. Department of Transportation published in February 2024 during the Biden-Harris Administration.  

The U.S. Department of Transportation is currently developing a new edition of this document that reflects the Trump-Vance Administration’s priorities. When the new edition is available, it will be published on the Department’s website.
