The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 is $10.3 billion, an increase of $104 million, above the enacted Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009. This Budget contains no policy recommendations for surface transportation programs subject to reauthorization.
