The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is pleased to submit its FY 2010 Congressional Budget Justification. Since its establishment, over four decades ago, the FRA has continued to make significant contributions toward the safety, operations, and evolution of the Nation’s passenger and freight rail industry and infrastructure.
