Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP)

The Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) funds projects that improve the safety, efficiency, or reliability of the movement of goods through ports and intermodal connections to ports.

United States Marine Highway Program (USMHP)

The USMHP supports Marine Highway Transportation Projects or components of projects for port and landside infrastructure or to promote Marine Highway Transportation or shipper use of Marine Highway Transportation.

Public Transportation Emergency Relief Program

The Public Transportation Emergency Relief Program provides funds to existing Section 5307 and Section 5311 recipients for disaster response and projects that protect, repair or replace equipment and facilities that may suffer or have suffered serious damage as a result of an emergency, including natural disasters.

Passenger Ferry Grant Program

The Passenger Ferry Grant program (49 U.S.C. 5307[h]) provides competitive funding for projects that support passenger ferry systems in urbanized areas, such as ferry vessels, terminals, and related infrastructure.

The Low or No Emission Grant Program (Low-No Program) assists with the purchase or lease of low-emission and zero-emission transit buses, including acquisition, construction, and leasing of required supporting facilities.

Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility (ICAM) Pilot Program

The Innovative Coordinated Access and Mobility (ICAM) program funds innovative capital projects that improve the coordination of transportation services and non-emergency medical transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, and people of low income.
