  • Bulkhead or Other Seat
  • Exit Row Seat

Note: All of the above types of seating accommodations are required to be provided to qualified passengers with disabilities free of charge.

Seating Accommodation Eligibility

The Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) protects three categories of individuals with disabilities. If a passenger is a qualified passenger with a disability, depending on the type of disability, that passenger may qualify for a seat on the aircraft that accommodates that passenger’s disability-related need:
