The objective of this contract will be to help support several FHWA maintenance and preservation efforts to advance the practice and understanding of the performance of maintenance and preservation on our nation’s highways.
The TX NP 219(1) Bugbee Access Road Repair project is located at Lake Meredith National Park and Alibates Flint Quarries in northern Texas. The purpose of the project is to stabilize, and existing slope system (gabion mat) drainage mat adjacent to Bugbee Access Road that was heavily damaged from flooding.

Contract for Intelligent Transportation Systems Standards Development, Maintenance and Related Activities for the FHWA – ITS JPO. The ITS Standards Program has been legislatively directed and tasked to work with Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) to develop non-proprietary standards to enable the integration of ITS technologies and enable a seamless transportation system.
The Secure Credential Management System (SCMS) Interoperability project will work with each of the United States SCMS Vendors to conduct testing that demonstrates interoperability between each of the SCMS Vendors certificates. In response to lessons learned from the single root certificate authority system originally created to support the CV Pilot projects, IEEE 1609.2.1 was developed with mechanisms that allow multiple SCMS vendor's root certificate authorities to be trusted within the system which enables interoperability between the different vendor's certificates.
The FHWA's Office of Infrastructure Research and Development administers the Nation's Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) Program. The Government intends to award a contract to install and maintain weigh-in-motion (WIM) data collection equipment at select LTPP test sites, and to perform the daily data download checks for the WIM systems installed at these select test sites.
