Provide day-to-day program support for programs and Grant Coordination Team. Contract tasks include: Program Support, including data input and verification of the SharePoint grant tracking tool for all programs; reporting data collection and analysis; training assistance and data entry with GrantSolution, performance measure development and collection, and assistance with standard operating procedures.
The purpose of this contract is to provide Phase II of the project to enhance the model by focusing on the effects of changing wheel lateral position and how this relates to changing contact patch position when moving along track, while utilizing the wheel-rail profiles. The model will be incorporated into a vehicle-track interaction software. Ultimately, this modeling tool will be able to provide the impact of TOR material on vehicle dynamics, wear, and rolling contact fatigue.
