This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface, at Williston Basin International Airport, Williston, ND. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new standard instrument approach procedures developed at Williston Basin International Airport, for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
