Made in America

On January 25, 2021, President Biden issued Executive Order 14005, Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America's Workers, which directs Federal agencies to maximize the use of goods, products, and materials produced in, and services offered in, the United States through their financial assistance awards and procurements. The U.S. Department of Transportation plays a key role in this effort through its implementation of Buy America(n) laws that apply to its programs.

More information on the implementation of Made in America policies and the Build America, Buy America Act across the Federal government (including waivers proposed by Federal agencies) may be found at www.madeinamerica.gov.
