For the FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program, DOT selected six Regional Capacity Builders to support 60 communities in Alaska, Colorado, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, and West Virginia. This fact sheet provides more information about the six Regional Capacity Builders and how they will help disadvantaged and under-resourced communities identify, plan, fund, and deliver transformative projects.
