Stanley J. Hammonds

Mr. Hammonds is the lead trainer for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Civil Rights, a position he began in 2015. He has a passion for designing and delivering training that fosters the development of leadership, management, and communication skills. Stan has 28 years’ experience in leadership and management with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Transportation. He is an accomplished instructor and facilitator, having spent the last 15 years designing, implementing, and evaluating educational and training programs aimed at developing individuals and enhancing organizations. Stan also serves as a professional coach in the Federal Coaching Network.
