Acquisition Services

Overview

The Acquisition Services Division provides cross-cutting support to the Heads of Contracting Activity, internal stakeholders, and external customers (Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) and the Surface Transportation Board (STB)).  This Division provides a full range of acquisition services from acquisition planning to contract closeout.  The Acquisition Services Division is responsible for the solicitation, negotiation, award and administration of support services for the Headquarters service organization and its customer offices. These services include contracts, inter and intra agency agreements and grants.
