The purpose of this program is to provide technical assistance (TA) to employers (which may include public sector entities) and labor unions in the United States and its territories to encourage employment of women in Registered Apprenticeship and nontraditional occupations (A/NTO).

Building Pathways to Infrastructure Jobs H-1B Skills Training Grant

Critical Sector Job Quality Grants

The purpose of this demonstration program is to support transformative efforts to improve job quality and availability of good jobs, particularly for the benefit of historically marginalized populations and communities that have experienced barriers to employment in good jobs. 

Appalachian Regional Initiative for Stronger Economies (ARISE)

The Appalachian Regional Initiative for Stronger Economies Grant funds large-scale, regional economic transformation through multi-state collaborative economic development projects across Appalachia.

Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) Catalyst Program

This program will prioritize funding for projects that demonstrate direct impacts on the region’s economy and communities across its 7 core funding areas. This program has a mandated focus on infrastructure, with 40% of available funds to be allocated to infrastructure projects.

Local Development Districts Community Support Pilot Program

The Local Development Distracts Pilot Program is intended to build the capacity of the 45 Local Development Districts in the Mississippi River Delta Region and Alabama Black Belt.

Delta Workforce Grant Program

Thriving Communities Program

TCP facilitates the planning and development of transportation and community revitalization activities and provides tools to ensure that under-resourced communities can access the historic funding provided in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).

Grants for Transportation in Highly Rural Areas

The Highly Rural Transportation Grant (HRTG) program funds transit for veterans to to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Medical Centers (VAMC), or other VA-authorized health care facilities in highly rural areas.
