2023 UTC Profiles of Progress

In 2023 the 35 newly awarded  IIJA BIL University Transportation Centers (UTCs) each wrote a two page biography of their center's vision, objectives, initiatives, products and outcomes.  The contributions from each UTC was combined into a booklet  entitled Profiles of Progress....
