The objective is to provide the FRA Administrator and staff with oversight and analysis of the Administration's Information Technology
(IT) programs and FRA efforts to provide IT services and products to FRA.
The FRA Human Resources Office requires Sr. Employee/Labor Relations HR Specialist II and Sr. Staffing/Recruitment HR Specialist II; one HR Administrative Assistant and HR Administrative Processing HR Specialist (PAR); Sr. Benefits HR Specialist II; and a Data Entry Clerk for electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) system support assistance.
The Contract provides the FRA Office of Human Resources (HR) and the Office of the Administrator (ROA) with operational program support in the areas of data input, trend analysis, tracking the status of projects/programs, scheduling meetings and facilitation, as well as drafting and updating reports and correspondence. The contract assists HR with managing a large number of upcoming hiring actions for federal employees and helps with tracking the myriad number of requests/inquiries, programs, and Executive Order initiatives overseen by the Office of the Administrator.
Analytical and technical support services for the Office of Aviation Analysis, Small Community Air Service Development Program, to perform grant evaluations and administration and to design, maintain, and improve the databases on which the program's successful operation relies.
