Emirates Fined for Operating Flights in FAA-Prohibited Airspace

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today fined Emirates $400,000 for operating flights carrying the JetBlue Airways code in airspace in which the  Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) prohibited U.S. operators from flying.
