The incumbent contract ends 09/26/24 and we need to put a new 5-year contract in place for continue service to our cloud-based research platform as well as ongoing development.
The mission of the Aerospace Human Factors Research Division (AAM 500) is to promote civil aerospace safety through excellence in aerospace human factors (HF) research. The Division conducts research that focuses on improving human performance, efficiency, and safety. We are pursuing an IAA with NASA to perform a short haul fatigue study.
XR Laboratory Software support
The Dome Visual System supports flight deck human factors research concerning advanced displays, aircraft controls, communication procedures, pilot capabilities, and training requirements. The Flight Deck team conducts research activities in response to requirements generated through the AVS Research, Engineering, and Development requirement processes.
