Transforming Transportation Advisory Committee

Overview

The Transforming Transportation Advisory Committee (TTAC) was established to provide advice and recommendations to the Secretary about needs, objectives, plans, and approaches for transportation innovation.

TTAC Recommendations

During its meeting on December 13, 2024, TTAC issued a report and recommendations to the United States Department of Transportation on the following topics:

• The Safe and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence in Transportation
• Automated Driving Policy Needs on Data, First Responders, and the Workforce
• The Role of Technology and Innovation in Improving Project Delivery
• Emerging, Overlooked, and Underleveraged Innovation for Safety
