The U.S. Department of Transportation (“DOT” or “Department”) has identified several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor implementation of the Department’s FY 2022-2026 Strategic Plan and the Equity Action Plan. This KPI is included in both documents and is helping the Department monitor the financial burden that transportation costs place on households.
