How to Participate
Four official meetings of the Task Force will be held in person in Washington, D.C., either at DOT Headquarters or elsewhere as DOT may announce. Each meeting will include a public session and a closed-door session.
DOT is committed to providing equal access to this meeting for all participants. If you need alternative formats or services due to a disability, such as sign language interpretation or other ancillary aids, please contact the person listed in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section at least thirty (30) business days in advance of each meeting.

All parties must register in advance to attend or present at a public session. Registration must be completed seven (7) calendar days in advance by emailing elliott.black1@dot.gov. Please include:
