FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program - Selected National Capacity Builder Profiles

For the FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program, DOT selected three National Capacity Builders to support 52 communities across the U.S. in three Communities of Practice: Main Streets, Complete Neighborhoods, and Networked Communities. This fact sheet provides more information about the three National Capacity Builders and how they will help disadvantaged and under-resourced communities identify, plan, fund, and deliver transformative projects.
