For the FY 2023 Thriving Communities Program, DOT selected three National Capacity Builders to support 52 communities across the U.S. in three Communities of Practice: Main Streets, Complete Neighborhoods, and Networked Communities. This fact sheet provides more information about the three National Capacity Builders and how they will help communities identify, plan, fund, and deliver transformative projects.
