Memorandum of Agreement Among US Department of Transportation, Commonwealth of Virginia, Fairfax County, Loudon County, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority

The United States Department of Transportation (US DOT), the Commonwealth of Virginia (Virginia), Fairfax County (Fairfax), Loudoun County (Loudoun), the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), and the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) (collectively, the Parties) hereby enter into this MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) to set forth their mutual understandings, expectations, and commitments concerning the completion of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Project), and in particular Phase 2 of the Project (hereinafter defined).
