About the Beautifying Transportation Infrastructure Council

The Beautifying Transportation Infrastructure Council is established as a discretionary committee by the Secretary of Transportation in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) of 1972, as amended (5 U.S.C. ch. 10). U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy signed the Council's Charter on November 5, 2025.
