Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), seeks contractor support to ensure continued compliance with marine insurance requirements for vessels financed under the Title XI Federal Ship Financing Program. The contractor will assist the Office of Marine Financing (OMF) and the Office of Financial Approvals & Marine Insurance by reviewing Certificates of Insurance and Entry, verifying coverage compliance with Title XI loan documentation, identifying lapses or non-payments, and providing recommendations to mitigate risk and strengthen marine insurance oversight across MARAD’s loan portfolio.
