Secretary's bus tour stops in Louisiana

Tallulah, Louisiana, one of the poorest regions in America has a vision & a "to-do" list.  Theyu want improved bridges, roads (that don't flood when it rains) and passenger rail.  We should expand the reach of transportation into rural corners of America like this one.  We want everyone, no matter where they live, connected to the 21st century economy.
