Secretary's bus tour stops in Kentucky

We stopped in Louisville this morning – 37 degrees & I had no coat!  But the backdrop of the Ohio River Bridge project, a $2+ billion investment is astounding.  DOT put in about $1 billion – and the project has been on the planning books for 40 years.  What a great example of what can be done when we pull together & ready for the future.
