The Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has unveiled the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) new Automated Vehicle (AV) Framework. The new framework will unleash American ingenuity, maintain key safety standards, and prevent a harmful patchwork of state laws and regulations.
