FAAXX703: System Wide Information Management (SWIM)The SWIM Segment 1 FID was approved on 7/15/2009. A Segment 2A JRC is planned in 2010 to baseline planning funds for FY11-12. Estimates for FY11-13 are inluded in the Life Cycle Cost table. A Segment 2B JRC is planned for 2012.
