Description

Lender’s technical advisory services in the infrastructure project finance area to support the activities of the Build America Bureau (the Bureau), an office within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of the Under Secretary for Policy. These services shall relate to the following: Construction Risk Analysis and Operating Risk Analysis. Work will include technical due diligence and reporting to inform the Bureau’s credit analysis prior to financial close, post-closing construction monitoring and reporting (often as frequently as monthly), and ongoing operational oversight and reporting.
