Description

This is a non-personal services contract or task order to provide and maintain a flexible, auditable grant methodology and an annual grant survey that captures and measures the dynamics of the accrual methodology against each states eligible costs and payment patterns.  In addition, the Contractor shall also provide functional and analytical support of the grant accrual services being provided, inclusive of bi-weekly status reports, and documentation of the standard operating procedures covering the methodology and administration of the annual survey.
