 Microsoft Premier Services is a IT services subscription for dedicated support teams that provide continuous hands-on assistance and immediate escalation for urgent issues, which speeds resolution and helps us keep our mission-critical systems up and running. They will help FHWA evaluate our IT health and provide the training or tools our teams need. They provide subject matter engineers to solve issues right away, and a technical account manager whose job it is to understand our business challenges, to provide expertise, accelerated support, and strategic advice tailored to our unique IT environment.
